Family bbq’s and back-yard parties are starting to wind down and school is right around the corner. As cool crisp weather sets in over the next few months, most of us will be covering up the grill for the season and retreating inside for crockpot meals and casseroles. Let’s face it, grilling out becomes somewhat difficult when the sun goes down earlier and earlier.
