- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 8 oz Can, Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Skim Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Pie Crust Unbaked
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Season ground beef with S&P. Over a medium heat, add olive oil to pan. Once hot, add the seasoned beef and cook until browned.
Drain the cooked beef and return to pan. Add tomato sauce, peppers and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
Add meat mixture to pie shell.
In a separate bowl, combine the cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and milk. Pour on top of the beef.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is puffy and browned. Serve immediately.
